Ghostwriting is a professional writing service in which a writer, known as the ghostwriter, is hired to create content officially credited to another person, typically the client. Copyright

The Author retains all rights to the Book, including copyright and any related intellectual property rights. Upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees, the Ghostwriter will transfer any rights and interests they may have in the Book to the Author.

The ghostwriter and the commissioning party enter into a "work-for-hire" agreement, where the ghostwriter agrees to transfer the copyright ownership to the commissioning party. The person or entity commissioning the work would be considered the owner of the copyright.

Since our ghostwriters will leverage the capabilities of artificial intelligence to create your manuscript, we will ensure our clients can claim full copyright protection. Currently, the U.S. Copyright Office requires that a work be the product of human authorship in order to be eligible for copyright protection.
